Welcome to Nafsytic. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Nafsytic is a technology platform that facilitates remote video consultations between patients and mental health clinicians. The app acts as an intermediary and does not itself provide diagnosis or treatment.

2. Eligibility

By using the app, you represent that you:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract
• Are not prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Appointments & Payments

• Appointments are booked through the app — the doctor sets their available times.
• The clinician must first accept the requested appointment time, or you must accept a clinician-proposed replacement time, before payment is requested.
• Payment is made via ZainCash or Qi Card after the time is accepted. You must upload proof of payment through the app.
• Appointments are confirmed only after the clinician reviews and verifies the payment proof.
• Patients may cancel before the appointment starts. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund; contact support about any refund request.
• Appointments may be cancelled by administration in exceptional circumstances.

5. Video Consultations

• You must join the video call at the scheduled time.
• Recording video calls by any means is strictly prohibited.
• Respectful conduct is required during all sessions.
• Doctors may terminate a session in the event of inappropriate behavior.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The Nafsytic app does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. The app is an intermediary platform that facilitates meetings between patients and doctors. Consultations provided by doctors do not replace in-person medical visits in emergency situations.

If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

7. Code of Conduct

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Using the app for any illegal purpose
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or doctors
• Uploading any inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the app

8. Intellectual Property

The Nafsytic app, including its logo, design, text, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws. No part of the app may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal conduct
• Request from a legal authority
• Extended account inactivity

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nafsytic is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the app
• The quality or accuracy of consultations provided by doctors
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Loss of data

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
