Log in, browse the doctor list, tap "Book Appointment," select a preferred date, time, and payment method. The clinician must confirm the time or propose another slot before payment is requested.
How do I pay?
After the clinician confirms the time, pay via ZainCash or Qi Card and upload the screenshot in the app. Your appointment is confirmed only after the clinician verifies the proof.
How do I join the video call?
Go to the "Schedule" tab and tap "Join Call" at your scheduled time. Make sure the app has camera and microphone permissions enabled.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile in the app, tap “Delete Account,” and confirm. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@nafsytic.app.
